I received my education through hands-on experience in the software industry, specifically in computer science. I have extensive experience as a software professional with a focus in software engineering. As a tutor, my philosophy and style include instruction geared toward each student's academic needs. My lessons are engaging, challenging, and designed to help students reach their true potential. My tutoring experience includes a wide variety of courses, such as Computer Science, Design Technology, Information Technology in a Global Society, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Physics, Chemistry, Algebra I and II, Calculus I and II, and Literature. In addition, I also offer experience with Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP, and TOEFL. In my free time, I prefer reading, writing, and strength training. I am excited to help students increase their individual knowledge in the innovative area of computer science.
