Experience
I earned my B.S. in K-6 Elementary Education with a focus on K-12 Reading from East Carolina University. I have been teaching English and Language Arts at the middle school level for four years. My teaching experience also includes the time I spent visiting classrooms during college and my time in high school as a teacher cadet. Additionally, I spent time tutoring English Language Learners on various nationalities while in Sydney, Australia. I tutor in all subjects at the elementary and middle school level. At the high school level, my experience with teaching English and my college focus in Reading allows me to tutor reading comprehension, writing skills, literature, and SAT Prep for the Verbal and Writing sections. Additionally, I tutor students to successfully take the LSAT by providing assistance with Reading Comprehension, Logic Games, and Logic Reasoning. In my free time, I enjoy reading fiction novels, playing sports, traveling, and coaching football and basketball.
