Education

Highest level of math: Calculus II college course B.A., Philosophy/Theology (Literature minor), Ave Maria University, Magna cum Laude M.A., Theology, Ave Maria University, Magna cum Laude Ph.D. Candidate, Systematic Theology, Duquesne University, 3.97 GPA

Experience

I've been lecturing as an adjunct professor and tutoring/teaching for the past three years. I am a professional tutor and have my own business called Study Guide (studyguidetutors.com). My SAT composite score is a 2200, which includes a perfect 800 on the writing section, while my GRE composite score (1390) is in the 96th percentile. Tutoring is an ancient form of teaching that is highly effective. I find that students learn much more effectively in a one on one setting, and that I enjoy working with students one on one more than lecturing in front of a classroom. I took Calculus II in college. In addition to graduating magna cum laude, at my undergraduate graduation I was awarded the Theology Departmental Award, the Philosophy Departmental Award and the Aquinas Center for Theological Renewal Undergraduate Dissertation Award.
