I have spent 15 years working in education. I have taught the earliest infants in pre-school through the adult education of corporate training and everyone in between. For the past few years I have worked in Education Services, where I have been able to help people of all ages and levels of experience. This wide range of experience has lead me to understand that the student/teacher relationship was incredibly dynamic, and changed not only based on the ages of the students involved, but individual personalities of both the teacher and the student. The complex nature of this relationship has a profound impact on how successful students can be.
